This beach is on the northern end of the uninhabited Moni Island, on the southwest side of Aegina, opposite Perdika village. The only inhabitants of the island are some free-ranging animals such as some deer, kri-kri goats brought from Crete, squirrels, peacocks and falcons. The beach has clear waters and is surrounded by pine forests but can be rocky along the shoreline. You can also rent a sun lounger for the day, as you enjoy food and drinks from the buzzing beach bars. It is a 10-minute caique ride from Perdika; these local boats will wait until they’re full before departing. You can also take an all-day boat cruise that typically stops at other beaches in Aegina and Agistri.
