Séjour en famille Séjour magnifique en famille dans un hôtel à dimension humaine avec un personnel attachant et un très grand professionnalisme. On reviendra à coup sûr et la plage à proximité est très belle. A great place to sit. . . We went twice in the last week for coffee and dessert, once as part of a foursome and once as a couple. We all really enjoyed the coffee and apple cake (excellent coffee--probably the best Americano on Aegina so far this year). More than anything, however, is the ambience of the place. Both times we sat in the front garden and enjoyed the comfortable chairs, the flowers, the cool breeze and very light music in the background. We love traditional Greece and hate all the busy-ness of the big cafes and life in the port. The owner was friendly and accommodating but also left us on our own to read and enjoy ourselves. We haven't stayed in the rooms, but all the outside spaces (and there are different levels you can sit on with different kinds of tables and chairs) are very carefully taken care of: flowers planted with professional care, spaces newly painted, furniture clean and tidy. There are interesting antique pieces but it doesn't feel junky. Even the whitewash on the stairs was fresh. Today as we left, I realized there are spectacular views of the temple and the church above (Prophet Elias) with beautiful flag flying. Did I mention plenty of room for parking? Beautiful small hotel with a private touch Beautiful small hotel! The host was great and lovely garden/facility. I stayed 3 nights and explored mountain near by, hiked to cliffs for swimming. Attention to details Vagia stands out. Not generalizing, but my way of seeing the way people do tourism is that they open taverna and guests come anyway. At Vagia you could see the passion and attention to details of the owner. Well maintained property, combining the old style with the energy and passion of the owner. Exclusive place making you feel at home! Beautiful complex, nourished with love and care. Warm people, exclusive service! I really felt at home with precious friends around! The Perfect Island Paradise My daughter and I arrived on Aegina Island early October, hired a scooter and made our way to this quaint hotel where we where greeted with such welcoming hospitality we immediately felt right at home. The rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean, the beds are comfortable and the shower has good water pressure... (ladies.... you feel me?) Our balcony had an amazing view of the ocean and the nearby beaches were beautiful to relax next to each day. The cakes are to die for, they make a great coffee, an even better smooth and the breakfast is varied and delicious! And the owner Noti will have you in stitches with his sense of humour and fun attitude All in all I give this beautiful place the full 5 stars but if there were more I would give them too! I highly recommend this hotel for your travels if you want to have a truly excellent experience <3
